Dr. Amir Majeed
Dentist

Dr. Majeed is a member of the British Columbia Dental Association as well as the British Columbia College of Dental Surgeons and has been a full-time practicing dentist for over fifteen years. He continued to expand his professional knowledge by attending the University of California at San Francisco for one year of AEGD Advance education in general dentistry in order to remain up-to-date with the latest dental technology. Dr. Majeed has recently completed courses in soft tissue laser dentistry and Botox.

Dr. Majeed honed his dental skills while working in his dental office in the San Francisco Bay area and moved to Pitt Meadows in 2008 where he worked full time. Sidney has become his final destination. Patients appreciate Dr. Majeed’s kind and gentle approach as well as his high-quality work, PLUS his ability to explain even the most complicated procedure in simplified terms.

Dr. Ryan Chan
Associate Dentist

Dr. Chan was born and raised on Vancouver Island in Victoria, BC and completed his Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering degree locally at UVic. He later travelled to Australia to complete his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Sydney.

Dr. Chan has a passion for providing comprehensive dental treatment for all patients and especially enjoys dentistry’s creative, artistic side. In his free time, he enjoys playing board games, being in the great outdoors, and spending time with his wife.

Sylvia
Receptionist

Sylvia is an integral part of our dental office. She coordinates all appointments and makes sure that all our patients get reminder phone calls for their appointments. She will also help you sort out and understand your insurance coverage.

Sylvia is originally from England, but after living in various parts of the world, finally settled in Sidney. Sylvia and her husband have two adult children and some grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dogs and spending time with family and friends.

Penelope
Certified Dental Assistant

Penelope has been a CDA II for over 20 years. She grew up here on Vancouver Island, has lived in various cities in Canada. Penelope is committed to providing our patients with superb dental care in a warm, friendly and comfortable setting.

In her spare time, she enjoys swimming and dancing and being outdoors.
